The Discover Scuba Dive session is organized into three main stages:
Step 1: Theoretical learning about the physical and physiological phenomena related to diving.

Step 3: Diving at sea.

Pool Training:
Your scuba diving journey in Pondicherry begins with comprehensive training in a swimming pool. Equipped with wet suits, you’ll dive into the pool under the guidance of an experienced instructor. You’ll learn essential hand signals for communication underwater, such as ‘I am ok ‘, ‘Stop ‘, ‘Go up ‘, and ‘Take it easy ‘, ensuring your safety and comfort. You’ll also be introduced to the scuba diving equipment, learning how to breathe and clean the mask, further enhancing your confidence.

Dive Site:
Once you’ve completed your pool training, prepare for an exciting journey. You’ll be driven to the jetty, where the boats await to take you to the dive site. As you board the boat with your gear, you’ll embark on an approximately 8 km journey from the shore to the dive site. The 45-minute boat ride is a means of transportation and part of your adventure.
Scuba Diving at Sea:
After reaching the dive site, you will dive with the instructor. Each person will have a dedicated instructor available throughout the session with you. You can spend your first dive up to 12 m deep. Believe us; diving will become your favourite activity once you start diving—new sensations for a new vacation full of adventures to explore the diversity of the Oceans. You can discover the beautiful world of the marine world and be a part of it.
