Discover Scuba Diving Experience
This course is a recreational dive experience; you can do that in one day or divide it into two days. On the first day, they will prepare you for pool training, including diving theory, dive skill training, etc. This will take a 2-hour, mainly in the late afternoon. The second day of the course will include an ocean dive with a maximum diving depth of up to 12 meters. You can explore beautiful underwater flora and fauna during this dive or take the training and dive on the same day.
You will be asked to sign the indemnity form and registration before taking the training. Once you finish the registration, you will be trained in the pool, which is around 5 feet. Centres will provide diving suits that protect you from the chill of the water.
During the training in the pool, the instructor will teach you the dos and don’ts during the dive. The instructor will ensure you are comfortable in the water and using the equipment. You should be ready to breathe through the mouth; that’s a mandatory requirement for the dive. There are hand signals that you should learn during the scuba diving training; signs like up, down, ok, and not ok are some of the signs you will be taught during the session.
Once you finish the pool session, you will have a boat ride to the diving centres. It takes a thirty to forty-minute boat ride to reach the diving locations. The instructor will explain the crucial points again before the dive. The dive will be around thirty minutes in the ocean; the instructor will be with you throughout the dive.
Sighting marine life is pure luck, and the ocean’s visibility depends on many factors like an ocean current, sand, etc. Since the diving centre is in the deep sea, visibility is pure luck on that particular day. The ocean will be bumpy during monsoon seasons.
Open water Course
This course teaches you all the skills to be safe and dive up to 18 meters. With this course certificate, you can travel and dive anywhere.
